En débutant cet article, je tiens à préciser que je ne connais point ce pitre personnage mais c’est au vu des commentaires du compte facebook de Midi Madagasikara (Journal en ligne gasy) et de ses attaques personnelles infondées vis-à-vis de ma personne ainsi que le traitement sans égal de mes concitoyens malgaches qui sont des nazes que je réagis. Comme il prétend connaitre tout le monde et qu’il est en étroite collaboration avec Interpol. Voyons si ce qu’il dit est vrai
FAITS
Tout à commencer le lundi 14 avril à cause d’un commentaire que Mr n’a pas gobé. Et c’est à partir de ce moment que ce vaurien de Guiganton à voulu à se faire connaitre de la communauté en créant un buzz comme quoi je suis un millionnaire en dollar qui nique le développement du pays avec mon ONG (Assoc et non ONG le pédophile) opaque FOKO MADAGASCAR en diffusant son siège basé au Canada et le nom des personnes responsables avec le statut juridique d’une corporation et en citant 4 autres assoc qu’il n’a pas osé dénoncer et que j’ai utilisé pour ce faire du fric. Tellement con et stupide qu’il a oublié de faire sa petite investigation de bas étage que je suis même la base du journalisme citoyen à Madagascar et que j’ai formé des milliers de personnes pour comprendre ce qu’est le blogging afin d’apporter une contribution pour la bonne marche de la démocratie au bled.
Étant donné que, Guiganton se croit plus malin et intelligent en me menaçant et qu’il allait diffuser mes photos et les adresses de quelques personnes de mon entourage et le mien en public. Chose qu’il a fait, sous l’impulsion et l’incapacité de faire preuve de discernement, il aurait dû comprendre que tout ce qui touche l’utilisation de la nouvelle technologie de la communication et de l’information, les renseignements sont gratuits et nul besoin de chercher ailleurs pour cela. Pitoyable, pathétique mais surtout stupide que tu es Guiganton, tu vas comprendre très vite que nullité rime à rien. Si tu veux que cette histoire s’arrête là tu m’envoies tes excuses en message privé comme tu as l’habitude de le faire l’harceleur. Sinon, bye, bye Madagascar pour toi je te dis. Que même ton petit profil de voyou fera la une de tous les journaux traditionnels gasy car, je sais que sans les j’aime et la visite de ton minable site tu ne peux pas te permettre de gagner de l’argent mon petit community manager (trader)de rien du tout.
Pour ta gouverne, la personne qui porte le même nom et prénom que moi et que tu as énoncé et qui habite en France va tenter une action en justice pour diffamation si tu n’effaces pas de suite son adresse et son numéro de téléphone. Au cas où Guiganton n’est pas au courant, Madagascar appartient aux malgaches et non le contraire. Peu importe ce qui se passe au pays, le mieux pour ta petite personne complexée, ingrate est de se soumettre aux règles qui régissent la société malagasy et non la tienne. Il n’est pas étonnant que l’actuel régime en place n’a pas voulu de ces pseudo-investisseurs sac à dos qui veulent péter plus que leurs culs alors qu’ils n’ont rien dans le ventre.
FRANÇAIS DE SOUCHE
Le problème ne se situe pas au niveau de la souche ni de la race mais au niveau du quotient intellectuel de ce Guiganton. S’il s’entête à ce jeu de qui est plus fort ou ce jeu de tu ne sais pas de quoi je suis capable etc. Qu’il oublie la destination Madagascar comme terre promise de son petit business en tant qu’intermédiaire qui détourne l’argent d’autrui à son profit. Ce n’est pas pour rien que je me suis engagé pour combattre toute forme d’injustice dans mon pays et à travers le monde et surtout en Afrique.

As an activist blogger who fights all forms of social injustice and poverty, active in the fight against climate change, I don`t hesitate to say out loud what others think in silence.
Pakysse is my nickname (Type in Google and you will find my name) and my passion for citizen engagement started in the 90s when I was only a teenager eager for adventure within the Antilin’i Madagasikara (Catholic scouting) for many years.
I would like to pay tribute to my paternal grandparents for their experience, courage and self-sacrifice which, for the little story have always contribute to social transformation. My grandmother was one of the secretary of state in charge of the promotion of women during the Tsiranana`s regime. As for my grandfather, although he was trained as a civil administrator, he worked in trade union for the welfare and rights of workers as the Secretary General of the Confederation of Workers of Madagascar and the Comoros (union entity of the 50s and 60s). Their story has allowed me to develop my passion and desire to know myself and why I must help others.
In 2007, thanks to an open opportunity I was able to put in place the first and only association of citizen journalists (Blogging) in the country: FOKO MADAGASCAR, which is a full member of GlobalVoicesOnline bringing together bloggers, translators and journalists who follow and cover the news of the global blogosphere. This is mainly to promote the smooth running of democracy and freedom of expression, using new technology as a weapon of war.
During the popularization of this new mode of communication in Madagascar, opportunities came up again and again and I had the chance to attend the summit on climate change in New York at the United Nations headquarters and at the G20 summit in Pittsburgh with « Oxfam’s voices blogger » in 2009. In 2010, my international activist network reached out to me asking if I wanted to be one of the few contributors (blogger) for The Guardian newspaper in England tackling on climate change issues. In 2012, I went to Canada where I was able to attend the CIVICUS World Assembly in Montreal. In 2015, still in Canada, I followed the Canadian federal election closely and had the opportunity to participate in the activism walk with political activist bloggers. Recently, in March, I was in Ghana to report on the project implementation of the mechanism of emission reduction from deforestation and forest degradation as well as to support my African activists fellows within a strong Pan African climate and environmnetal justice network of civil societies that organized a march against global warming and climate change during the UNFCCC’s Climate Week in Accra ( on a side note, this was my very first experience on the African continent).
Beyond networking and activism at international level. We do not forget that in Madagascar, I organized the first flash mob protesting against practice of dirty politics, initially the mobilization started through sensitization and awareness raising on Facebook, I worked a lot with volunteers from various organizations and Peace Corps volunteers, United Nations Information Center, the US Embassy Press Center, UNICEF with the T4D-M4D Project, the UN Club (CPO), geeks, journalism schools like the ESSVA of Antsirabe thanks to you Randy or that of Mahanjanga which, unfortunately, does not exist anymore according to what some people said.
I organized a lot of training and conferences on blogging for business executives, students, entrepreneurs, organizations, NGOs, traditional journalists, military, etc.
From North to South and from East to West, hundred of people have benefited from this knowledge of 2.0 through the use of blogs and social networks.
This year, the calendar remains busy because we have a lot in the plate such as to organize a climate event called ConnecClimate, to facilitate training and capacity building on leadership, lead sharing and exchange sessions in Malagasy about the positive and negative impacts of social networks.

Barcamp 2008 @ Palais des sports Mahamasina/Ebit
Historically, Barcamp started in the North America, precisely the first Barcamp was held in Palo Alto in 2005. BarCamp was inspired by the Foo Camp concept ( Foo Camp is an annual hacker event hosted by publisher O’Reilly Media) that puts criterias of selection on participation. Consequently Barcamp supports the idea of an open-to-the-public initiative without criterias and selections that rather relies on open-free participation of all. Only one week of preparation is spent in organizing it and it reached out around 200 participants.
What is Barcamp ? For who is it for ? how does it work ?
Simply put, it is an open space gathering « democratic and unconference’ for public, without criterias selection or official invitation. Any individual, regardless of age, who has experiences and skills focused on common gains and benefits. It is most importantly linked to the use of technology web 2.0 as its sources of dissemination and sharing is very welcome.
The formula is EASY : you come, you share, you network, you gain experiences and exposed to networking with mindful spirit. Nobody is allowed to be a spectator.
Presentation should be short and is not subject to profile organization or institution profits. Barcamp is not a place for business marketing but rather a place of sharing among tech and open source users and developers. Beyond sharing extend, it also drives the spirit of brotherhood/sisterhood and solidarity.
10-year throwback journey
The very first BarCamp in Madagascar was initiated by Joan Razafimaharo. Easily the concept was understood and adopted by many and we had a lot of participants at that time . This first wave of BarCamp targeted mainly geeks, bloggers, internet users and any related area to those fields. We had the privilege of welcoming a representative of Rising Voices ( a branch organization of Global Voices), there was also a participant from Voices Bolivia, which is a part of the same network as Foko Madagascar that came and shared with us. Just as a fresh reminder Foko Madgascar was the first platfrom that had promoted citizen journalism/blogging in Madagascar. The Second edition took place in 2009 and it was particularly focused on freedom of speech and expression and again we had a diversed participants pool of social media users such as bloggers-geeks, simple citizens bringing up new and innovative ways to develop communities in their own perspectives.

This man in question was congratulated for his “work in promoting entrepreneurship and innovation among Malagasy youth” and he was therefore invited to Global Entrepreneurship Summit and to a prestigious reception in the presence of President Obama during his visit to Nairobi to represent MADAGASCAR.
As a result of his manipulation of the press, TV and social media, his Excellency Sir Harinjaka Ratozamanana seems to have a rich potential as the next best Malagasy who would contribute to change. We have reasons to believe that Harinjaka Ratozamanana is the incarnation of opportunistic, corrupt and fame hungry Malagasy. Mr. Ratozamanana is a poison to the image of Madagascar. He is a threat to our social development. Here is the true picture of the man sent out there to represent MADAGASCAR:
Who is he, really?
Harinjaka RATOZAMANANA is not an entrepreneur, not a CEO of anything other than the supposed boss of exploited hardworking intelligent Malagasy. He is not a social Blogger – He is a master of lies and deception – He continues such a practice and broke the community of thoughtful and passionate bloggers by stealing the spotlight to gain some legitimacy. Then started his personal campaign misusing the media to show that he is working for, on something, when in fact he is building an empty career of dishonesty.
There is tremendous anger felt by Mr. Ratozamanana’s exploited associates as he parades around “raising” funds, presenting projects created by skilled individuals. Individuals who unlike him did not have time to publish on facebook photos of themselves shaking hands with high officials, celebrities, popular and rich kids but instead worked hard to create and innovate. Mr. Ratozamanana continues to this day to collect the trophies they deserve. Stamping his name of other people’s success.
Harinjaka Ratozamanana’s manipulation of the media
He is quick to call journalists so as to strengthen his deceitful legitimacy using the media. He has no shame in repeatedly lying and declaring himself to be the brains behind any new concepts. The name: “Harinjaka Ratozamanana” has treacherously become a reference in social blogging, environmental causes, new technology initiatives and now entrepreneurship. One can only wonder what trendy field Mr. Ratozamanana will associate himself with next?
What has he really achieved over the years? Who has he really helped? We kid you not, you will not find a single soul that has felt empowered by this man. The majority will tell you tales of betrayal. All the Malagasy community receives from him are updates on the latest trend he wants to be affiliated with but are devoid of any substance. Mr. Ratozamanana is the epitome of the modern day slacker and social media manipulator.
Harinjaka Ratozamanana’s obsession with fame
Indeed, if there is a whiff of fame and money in anything, this man would sell himself and steal the opportunity like a hungry bear waking after hibernating. Mr. Ratozamanana is a man obsessed with fame. His moral compass is guided by money. He does not undertake these popular projects to contribute to Madagascar’s development or in bigger picture Wordly change, he undertakes them to paint a picture of success without the competence, the talent or anything but exploiting others. Mr. Ratozamanana has collects along with trophies he does not deserve, contacts of the highest level to use for his next conference tickets and funds. To illustrate this, Mr. RATOZAMANANA even made it to the list of “One of the 100 young African leaders of tomorrow.” (100 jeunes leader Africain de demain). But what has he really led? Other than instagram, facebook, twitter and calling out journalists who are desperate enough to beef up his profile and reputation in written press, radio and TV.
This man parades around in national and international conferences falsely representing Malagasy citizens. Showing famous logos, participant badges and event programs on social media as if these define intelligence and hardwork. Mr. Ratozamanana does not attend these conferences on the basis of his merits or the fruit of his hard work but receives his pass through deceitful networking and opportunistic practice. Unfortunately, governmental institutions, CEOs and others with opportunities to offer continue to fall for Harinjaka Ratozamanana’s lies. Thus lessening the credibility of these institutions in wanting to promote MADAGASCAR.

Honest, competent and hardworking Malagasy,

- Hanta Tiana Ranaivo Rajaonarisoa who at 23 years old is the CEO of several companies including one producing beauty products from essential oil extracts found in Madagascar;
- Miora Raharimanana another young entrepreneur who won the trophy of young entrepreneur 2015 for a business plan related to office management and who intends to expand her projects to other countries, including Comoros;
- Michaella Andrianasolo, who was selected by the Global Young Leader’s Council based on her academic merits and social endeavor at 15 years old to attend the first inauguration of President Obama in Washington DC, she now continues to work in international justice and has launched a Malagasy based clothing brand.
Amongst the men are;
- Steven Nary, an entrepreneur who changed maritime transport between Ankify and Nosy-Be thus allowing better transport and flow of goods and people; in other fields;
- RANDRIANAIVO Arson Ambinintsoa, CEO and owner of the well known GASTRO Pizza: a man who managed to create the first ever national chain for pizzas, seems simple but Chef Mbinina represents the hard working Malagasy pride.
These are only the few silent ones who focus on hardwork, constant innovation and actively contribute to Madagascar’s present and future. The likes of these individuals represent the past, present and future Malagasy. They are the true leaders of tomorrow, the genuine faces of MADAGASCAR.
Pakysse, the blog, stands for EXPOSING masters of deceptions such as Harinjaka Ratozamanana. The question remains: would you let a mindless, opportunistic, unemployed man represent you as the new Malagasy generation? A chaque fois qu’une pensée pour le bien être d’autrui ou de la société me vient à l’esprit, à chaque fois qu’une opinion ou une expérience personnelle m’est acquise, j’essaie autant que possible de la partager et de vous la faire vivre sur ce modeste blog. La toute dernière était cette action bénévole pour les sinistrés que nous avons entreprise, durant un mois, sans contrainte et dans la liberté totale. Comme je l’annonçais depuis le début de ce « programme à court terme », aucune connotation politique n’est sollicitée de votre part chers lecteurs de la blogosphère.
Pour ma reconnaissance particulière, je tiens à remercier, toutes les personnes, qui ont contribué à l’accomplissement et à la coordination pour la mise en place de la stratégie et de la mise en œuvre en un temps record de ce mini projet d’aide humanitaire. Spécialement, les « bloggers » activistes membre de l’association FOKO MADAGASCAR par le biais du FOKO BLOG CLUB, le généreux donateur qui n’est autre que l’association DANNY GEMSTONE et tous les sinistrés malheureux de quelques communes urbaines et rurales de la capitale.
Enfin, le mois d’intense travail que nous avons établi n’était pas de tout repos. Aussi, pour la transparence, il est de mon devoir en tant que responsable de l’équipe de vous tenir au courant des différents trajets choisis au hasard pour l’octroi des donations et les dépenses y afférentes.

Ami de longue date, jeune operateur et professionnel du milieu social dans les zones les plus reculées du pays. Il, c’est Danny avec son association DANNY GEMESTONE.
Une collaboration des plus sincères s’est vue naitre le 27 février dernier ou mon ami Danny m’a contacté afin de proposer son aide pour l’octroi de 2Tonnes de riz, 10 sacs de charbon, 2 cartons de bougies, 10 cartouches d’allumettes, 5 cartons de savons, une centaine de pains batard et quelques pack d’eau minérale. Sans oublier le minibus et la voiture de type 4*4 qui ont été donnés gratuitement afin de transporter les marchandises et les personnes ressources (Offertes gracieusement par d’autres donateurs.)
Soavina et Ankazotoho Anosimahavelona ont été choisies le 01 mars au hasard pour l’ensemble des intérêts à soutenir pour ces deux communes. Comme je l’annonçais sur mon compte facebook, tous les membres, bloggers et activistes de FOKO MADAGASCAR ont été priés de soutenir cette initiative citoyenne pour faire du volontariat. Comme quoi le leitmotiv était la suivante: « vaut mieux donner que recevoir»
Malheureusement, on n’a pas pu satisfaire toutes les personnes sinistrées de la commune d’Ankazotoho Anosimahavelona (au nombre de 1989). Car, il ne nous restait plus que 3 sacs de riz, ½ sac de charbon, 100 pains batard et 1 pack d’eau minéral. Tout cela, coordonnée et organisée par les bloggers de FOKO et quelques amis de la plate-forme facebook.
Enfin, je réitère encore une fois mes remerciements aux généreux donateurs en la confiance que vous m’avez accordée. Dans le seul but d’aider nos concitoyens, et pour le bien de l’engagement, « aucune connotation politique » est vivement souhaitée de votre part chers amis lecteurs.

Le grand méchant loup est-il celui qu’on veut que l’opinion croit?
26 Janvier 2009: incendie et pillage des entrepôts-magasins de TIKO autour de l’île et à Tana.
Le commandement des forces armées s’était enquis auprès du Président Ravalomanana:
– inona ny baiko Andriamatoa Filoha? (quels sont les ordres Monsieur le Président?)
– ay? Izany ve letsy? Avelao lesy ry zalahy haka raha naona a… (ah bon? C’est vrai ça “l’ami” (letsy = l’ami, mec, mon pote, beau gosse, mon mignon etc)? Laissez les prendre s’ils ont faim)…
Et ce jour là, aucun coup de feu n’a été tiré sur la horde sauvage qui s’est abattue sur les MAGROs d’Antananarivo. Les seuls morts décomptés étaient ceux qui étaient carbonisés par les incendies que “les leurs” ont commanditées. Cela, tout le monde le sait même si quelques intérêts s’empressent de balayer ces indices sous le tapis. Le reste, si un jour une Justice s’intéressait aux versions non officialisées, nous croyons qu’il reste des témoins qui attendent. Pour un Malgache, 6 ans de plus ou de moins ne change plus grand chose.
Les hommes d’affaire de la place (malgaches et étrangers) avaient l’habitude de se plaindre auprès des instances du FMI, EU, Banque Mondiale et bien sûr l’ambassade de France et un peu les autres ambassades sur la mauvaise gouvernance du Président Ravalomanana. Ils se plaignaient des dispositions en faveur du groupe TIKO et qui les empêchaient de développer leur business au profit de l’économie locale.
Bien? Depuis qu’ils ont financé la destruction les actifs du groupe (d’où voulez-vous d’autres que l’argent vienne?), et donc qu’ils avaient le champ libre pour enfin faire vraiment décoller l’économie de ce pays, où en est-on exactement? Car si Ravalomanana et son groupe étaient la cause des maux du pays, ne serait-il pas logique que l’effet immédiat ou en 6 ans de leur disparition devrait se traduire en un grand mieux-mieux ou du moins un léger mieux sur tous les indicateurs socio-économiques du pays? Laissons de côté les fortunes personnelles des personnes qui étaient venus se plaindre auprès des instances sus-dites, mais ici encore, si une justice s’intéressait des vrais raisons des crimes, elle devrait se poser ses questions. De la même manière que les fins limiers du coup d’état cherchaient systématiquement qui étaient les commanditaires désignés en essayant de tracer les financements (pas vraiment pour trouver les coupables mais surtout pour confisquer tout argent suspect… ahem), une justice compétente cherchera à retracer les flux d’argent qui circulaient à cette période.
Conclusion intermédiaire:
Messieurs de la communauté internationale, vous vous êtes indirectement rendus complices d’un stratagème dont le seul objectif était de “descendre à tout prix monsieur Ravalomanana” afin d’enrichir quelques personnes. Au-delà de toutes considérations morales, cela reste tout à fait à l’opposée de votre mission qui, en général, et nous vous croyons sincères, cherche à améliorer le bien-être de la majorité de la population.
Ce n’est pas fini. En 2005, le Président Ravalomanana a demandé aux industriels et hommes d’affaire malgaches d’importer du riz pour éviter une crise du riz. Comme pour ces 6 ans passées, il a fait confiance et a attendu. Ne voyant rien se passer, le président a donné l’ordre au groupe TIKO d’importer du riz malgré les protestations du management car l’opération s’annonçait être une perte pour le groupe: en effet, pour obtenir de bons prix, les transactions se négocient généralement au moins 6 mois à l’avance au moins pour les commodités).
Au moins une personne lui a demandé pourquoi il a fait cela. Et il est plus que probable que les instances toujours sus-dites lui ont également posé cette question: pourquoi avez-vous fait cela monsieur le Président?

Le Président a effectivement mélangé affaires de l’Etat et son business personnel.

En général, si on veut s’enrichir, il aurait fallu que TIKO augmente ses prix non? Au cours de ces 6 ans, où sont donc passées ces différences dans les prix des PPN?
Au jury de se prononcer sur le motif du crime et si l’inculpé est vraiment le coupable.
Alors après, il y a toute une histoire sur les dispositions fiscales qui donnaient des privilèges indus à TIKO. Si cela était avéré, les sentences habituelles sont de l’ordre du redressement fiscal plus pénalités. Il a été largement porté à la connaissance du public que le régime de Rajoelina “a pris ses responsabilités”: en plus de détruire tout l’actif du groupe, le régime a utilisé ses pouvoirs de faits pour redresser et pénaliser le groupe TIKO. Les experts comptables approuveraient-ils cette façon de régler les comptes? En tout cas, il semble que cela ne suffit pas…
D’où vient cette haine?
Proposons une autre formulation de la même question? Que représente Ravalomanana pour qu’on cherche à l’enterrer définitivement?

La lutte anti-corruption avançait avec Ravalomanana (revoir les progressions des indices du TI et Doing Business). Mais comme on dit, Rome ou même la Route des Hydrocarbures ne s’est pas fait en un jour, et il y avait encore beaucoup à faire. Un ministre en qui Ravalomanana avait confiance à l’époque, s’adonnait à coeur-joie dans les pratiques douteuses classiques d’enrichissement personnel. Et il avait l’habitude de se couvrir par un “ça vient d’en haut” accompagné d’une petite grimace innocente. Les victimes n’avaient pas l’habitude de vérifier si cela venait effectivement d’en haut. En haut, à cet étage, ne pouvait être que soit le Premier Ministre, soit le Président. Mais sures de leur intelligence et de leur scoop, elles allaient directement se confier aux instances internationales, toujours sus-dites plus haut. Jusqu’au jour où finalement d’autres hommes du Président ont eu vent de l’affaire…
Ce ministres ultra-riche baigne aux côtés des gens du régime du coup. Il a même été candidat et a perdu un peu d’argent de poche dans l’aventure.
Conclusion intermédiaire 3:
Si toi y en as être à l’origine de toute cette merde qui met quelques personnes suffisamment intelligentes dans l’embarras, et le reste des 60-70% de tes amis, familles, voisins dans la pauvreté de plus en plus extrêmes.
Si toi y en as avoir trouvé le bouc émissaire idéal -quoique faire attention sur ce point- en la personne de Ravalomanana pour faire porter le chapeau pour que tu puisses continuer à t’enrichir plus (puis que les Malgaches l’acceptent puisqu’ils ne disent rien)
Si toi y en as voir que la Communauté Internationale ne va pas bouger plus que cela
Quoi toi faire?
A la justice et aux forces de l’ordre et armées
Il y a des gens biens parmi vous encore épris de cet idéal de justice et d’ordre. Je ne sais pas ce que vous attendez. Mais tout ce que je sais, ce seront ceux qui bougent qui feront l’histoire du pays. Sinon, bienvenu dans l’antichambre de l’enfer.
A la population qui souffre
Nous sommes fatigués. Il y a une pression sur le bouc émissaire pour maintenir l’ordre. Cela veut dire: ne sortez pas dans les rues. Mais cela ne veut pas dire “fermez vos petites gueules petits Malgaches de merde”. Trouvez un moyen pour vous faire entendre en continue pour que le monde entier sache comment une minorité avec des complices étrangers manipulent toute une nation.
De cette manière il sera de plus en plus cher pour le régime de maintenir un système de communication à l’intox et de transformer de purs mensonges en vérités. Comme ce genre de profil psychologique est plutôt pleutre et égocentrique, il y aura une dé-solidarisation; il ne suffit que d’un: Akbaraly se prépare à partir de Mada. D’autres suivront.

Pour son patrimoine, Ravalomanana a ordonné de ne pas tirer sur la foule. Qui vous paye pour vous faire dire que c’est lui qui a donné l’ordre de tirer sur vos amis et familles? Pourquoi ne croyez vous pas ce que le Lt-Col Charles dit: que les coups de feux mortels ne venaient pas du palais? Pourquoi ne réclamez vous pas avec autant d’acharnement une enquête mais une condamnation sans enquête de l’ancien Président Ravalomanana.
Aux gens du régime
Vous pouvez continuer à faire croire à la CI et aux autres Malgaches que c’est Ravalomanana la faute de tout ceci. Les “ampamoaka”, vous ne l’avez pas fait jusqu’ici parce que cela mettrait immédiatement en danger bon nombre de vos copains civils et militaires. Vous avez vos connexions. Le reste des 60-70% va s’organiser pour fédérer les leur. Ce n’est pas forcément pour protéger Ravalomanana: c’est tout simplement parce que votre stratégie est en train de s’effriter et la population va être instruite sur ce qui se trame.
Rien ne va plus; vous pouvez toujours jouer.

However, it looks to me that once again, as we have often seen now, there are discrepancies between what the IC’s truth and the Malagasy reality.

– allowing a coup regime stay for 5 years by calling it “transition »
– draft a roadmap which is only enforced at 50% or so; a roadmap that satisfies the bribed politicians and not the Malagasy people
– a recent election
2 – What does a reconciliation entail?
– to be face to face, unless we invent the concept of virtual reconciliation 2.0
– to get the full picture, to know the facts and circumstances of several events in the history of the country, 2009, 2002 etc
– to “come out” and get rid of all bitterness, and other negative feelings
– to offer different perspectives so that “the other party” may understand why one “acted like s/he did or said what s/he said”
– to pardon, to forgive, so that unfortunate words not be repeated again or undesired acts not be repeated again
3 – What do Malagasy want?
– there are different aspirations, different ideas; but I would hope there is a common interest in « the truth”, in “living in peace”, and restore honesty and good governance
– and let’s remember: not all of us long for the reconciliation as this would shrink business opportunities or would potentially lead to social embarrassment (which still seems a behavioral influencer)
4 – What do UA and their backers want?
– to protect their “achievement”, what is perceived as a defendable, politically correct process of democracy restoration; the Malagasy have yet to understand that this is not necessarily aligned with what they really want;
– to « sneak in” the interests of their countries or their friends’ interests (e.g. Maurice as a hub for trafficking woods from Madagascar during the AU transition)
Exit opportunity
I understand part of the IC is embarrassed because here is a man who has been waiting for their good will for 6 years or so, a man some have believed they have made people forget, a man they believed was playing golf somewhere in the South of Johannesburg, has now appeared like a messiah before the Malagasy people. His biggest fault is to unveil others’ shortfalls. Hiding behind a “he didn’t tell us” is not really mature.
On “he is not trustworthy; he lied that SADC and few countries back him?” Think again; there were promisses made; maybe not in 2014 but before then, certainly.
And on “destabilizing declarations”, he really said: “I’m not going to wait for 2018”. Most interpreted it as: “not wait for 2018 to seize power”. Guys: you’re losing your cool. The man is closer to an admirable genius than a stupid man. Work with him! Make it “I’m not going to wait for 2018 …before I start contributing to the reconstruction of the country”! He is fully capable of doing that, more than anyone. Very few believed he could fly back on his own. Just believe; he is more than capable of mobilizing many Malagasy to reconstruct what has been destroyed. Let him work, he will let you harvest the honor of his work. All will be happy! Or rather, there are going to be many more happy people than unhappy people; after all, that is democracy.

The International Community has a change heart
Shocking declarations of the international community via the SADC and France following the arrest of ex-president Ravalomanana, or Dada which rubber stamped the Government’s arbitrary decision on the basis of unclear legal grounds is already in the past.
SADC and France condemned Dada’s speech upon his arrival and merely hinted at the possibility of a national reconciliation. Both seemed to have given the Government a green card to what has now become an illegal arrest.
The exception was the USA. They wisely chose to stay silent on the issue of arrest and instead reminded Madagascar to seriously consider a move towards national reconciliation.
Just two days ago, admist confusing reports of whether Dada incited violence through his speech during his arrival and whether he was under surveillance on the basis of security threats or simply locked up; France and the SADC did not condemn the violation of Ravalomanana’s rights. However, after following the development of the events, the SADC urged the Government to respect the rights of Dada and hinted at a potential violations of such rights. Dada is moving closer to becoming a symbolic martyr for his followers: unjustly locked up for the World to see, victim of the decision of a suggestive authoritarian regime.
Dada is held captive
Slowly rising from the status of Dada or father to a martyr, Ravalomanana’s detention situation seemed to have worsened. The ex-president of Madagascar is reported captive in a Bana naval base in Diego Suarez, North of the country. His wife Lalao Ravalomanana called out for help, and shared her concerns with her followers denouncing injustice and mistreatment of her husband. She reports that he is being held in one bedroom, denied time for fresh air or family visits.
This only confirms that he is in fact arbitrarily arrested. Held captive without any legal basis. Hearing the concerned appeal of his wife and family members: are we possibly moving toward mistreatment ? Or is that paranoid thinking?
Rajoanarimampianina is not all to blame
Certainly, the Government needs to do some damage control. The current President Rajaonarimampianina is unknown for such miscalculated moves. He is a skilled and knowledgeable leader, who surely would have assessed and acted within reason. In contrast, his spokesperson and advisors, such as the trained lawyer Rabary Njaka, surely lacks integrity and credibility. A proof of which, was his declaration that: “everyone is entitled to their opinions” in relation to the measures taken. When in fact Ravalomanana’s situation should no longer a subject of debate: he has been arbitrarily arrested, illegally detained and potentially mistreated. Sir Rabary Njaka, please check your legislations.
Finally clearer on the events and in hindsight, the International Community correctly urges Ravalomanana’s rapid and effective release. Will Dada be a free man again, soon enough?

Former president Marc Ravalomanana finally stepped on the Malagasy territory, his homeland on sunday 12th october in the night. A land where his followers call him: Dada, or father. Where he was once democratically elected as Chief of State then thrown out of power by a controversial coup d’état in 2009. A transition government was put in place reigning over the not so glorious years of political instability. This time around, Dada successfully entered the Malagasy territory without the typically mediatised declaration of his arrival. Surprising many of his followers – Dada is back !
Back to bickering
Dada’s arrival was followed by predictable controversies. The current President Rajaonarimampianina announced that he has been arrested, emphasis added, to ensure his safety. Dada has actually been placed “in a supervised area” to ensure his safety. Clearly he has been invisibly hand cuffed and imprisoned by the authorities in a naval base in the North of the island in Diego Suarez. None of the Government officials hierarchically competent to decide on such matter was present at the conseil de gouvernement that was to decide on Dada’s fate. General Dominique Rakotozafy, minister of Défence, Didier Gérard Paza, secretary to the gendarmerie nationale, as well as the minister of “public security” who would be the principal decision maker on such issues were not involved the meeting. Once again, the lack of transparency on defining events in Madagascar’s political future is not surprising.
Dada « the martyr? »
Where should we start? A shady house arrest, that was not decided by a tribunal, without a warrant, I presume, thus devoid of any legal basis. It was in fact a decision taken by the conseil de gouvernement, thus by the executive branch. Should we call it a “kidnapping” or an “arbitrary arrest”? Thus in violation of the rights of a former Chief of State, a legislation upheld in Madagascar as well as articles 5 and 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which was ratified and implemented by the Malagasy Government.If Ravalomanana, was a danger to another person, to the population, to national security, similar measure emanating from the legislative branch could potentially apply. However, as President Rajaonarimampianina declared, he had been locked away in Diego on the basis of security threats. In the legislation on the rights of former Chief of State, it is possible to assign military type of surveillance if such threat is suspect and there are reasonable grounds that Dada was indeed in danger. Needless to say, it is only a matter of the most simple research to conclude that Dada under house arrest was an arbitrary decision.
The government of Rajaonarimampianina should calculate his actions carefully since such blatant abuse of Dada’s right is unacceptable even when rubber stamped by the SADC and FRANCE, who in fact congratulated him on obvious violations.

Madagascar a besoin d’infrastructures

La meilleure façon d’éradiquer la corruption au sein de l’administration publique est la diminution de la lourdeur administrative. L’argent des contribuables étrangers prêté (par le biais des bailleurs de fonds, investisseurs etc.) pour la mise en place d’un état de droit, de la bonne gouvernance, pour la bonne marche de la démocratie et des droits de l’homme ne sont qu’utopie par rapport aux vécus de la population.
Est-ce que nos dirigeants sont au courant que c’est totalement contradictoire par rapport aux besoins fondamentaux de ses concitoyens?
Dans tous les cas, avec ses richesses naturelles inégalables, Madagascar devrait-être parmi les pays les plus développés au monde. Il peut faire partie du cercle fermé du G20 ou du G8 s’il y a volonté chez nos gouvernants respectifs.
Hormis cette situation catastrophique qui règne dans le pays, il est de notre devoir à tous de penser à la reconstruction du pays. La meilleure façon de faire bouger les choses, est d’avoir une vision accompagnée d’une pensée positive sans toutefois laisser de coté nos compétences respectives en matière de productivité.
Madagascar, faisant partie des groupements du G20 ou du G8 est envisageable. Pour ce faire, ne pas se laisser décourager par les pessimistes quand on à la ferme conviction que le changement doit gagner le dessus et assumer qu’il n’y a que ça de vrai, pour que le développement puisse se faire dans un pays comme le notre.
Certes, c’est un long parcours du combattant mais c’est réalisable quand on a cette ferme intention de dépasser les discussions futiles du genre, qui a raison ou qui a tort ? Savoir prendre du recul en est aussi une, afin de ne pas craquer sous la pression des personnes inutiles, paresseuses et machiavéliques.

En ce moment, la gente politique malagasy s’achemine, vers l’acceptation d’un compte unique tronqué. Une attitude des plus surprenantes est en pleine expansion. Celle des personnes qui s’abaissent à des flatteries serviles pour cause d’avidité de pouvoir ( Roland Ravatomanga, Roland Ratsiraka, Fihenena Richard, Maharante Jean De Dieu et ainsi de suite).
Si le président de la république a invité tous les acteurs politiques, à apporter leur contribution pour le redressement du pays. Comme à l’accoutumée, après les chiens enragés, les chiens affamés, se sont précipités avec entrain suite à cet appel. Rares sont ceux qui comprennent que politiquement parlant, le paradis d’EDEN n’existe pas. Même si, un CV Long de 3m, pour un poste de ministres, a été déposé chez l’arriviste de Kolo Roger (Premier Ministre).
Si Hery Rajaonarimampianina, pense que la seule solution, pour éradiquer la morsure, de ces hommes à l’estomac vide, pour sortir le pays de cette situation lugubre et pour aboutir a une réconciliation (hypocrisie de haute envergure); est l’octroie de chaises. Je trouve cette façon incompréhensible et manière arrogante de calmer ces imbéciles est un glissement vers la pensée unique voir un dirigisme d’état.
Ainsi, le conseiller spécial du président. Paul Rabary, devenu ministre de l’éducation. L’homme, qui a instauré le retournement de veste, pour ce troisième millénaire, en utilisant un terme très spécial. Celui de, « flair politique » est l’homme qui a su interpeller le reste de ce beau monde sans conscience, avait raison de sa détermination.
Le problème majeur de Madagascar, est le manque de stabilité psychologique et psychique de ses gouvernants (éthique politique). Jusqu’à quand, accepterons nous ce genre d’attitude, vide sens, de la part de nos politicards?

Fort de ses 3800 membres à travers l’île, le jeune opérateur Dany servey Rasolofomanana a mis en place le Groupement des Opérateurs Miniers pour le Développement de Madagascar (GOMDM).
Partenariat Public-Privé pour la réforme du code minier
Durant son allocution, lors de la cérémonie de présentation des vœux du vendredi 28 mars 2014. Monsieur Rasolofomanana s’est dit prêt, à donner sa contribution au sein du ministère de tutelle, pour la réforme de texte du code minier. Afin que, tous les malgaches opérant dans ce domaine, puissent jouir de l’abondance des productions naturelles du pays.
En tant que président et leader de groupe, son engagement pour le bien de la communauté et de la patrie n’est pas chose facile. Le milieu minier est celui où la criminalité sévit le plus à Madagascar. Et ce, depuis, des décennies!
Une éducation verte pour lutter contre le changement climatique
Un des faits marquants dans la démarche de GOMDM est la préservation de dame nature. Après, l’exploitation de la richesse du sol et du sous-sol. En tant qu’opérateur des petites mines, il est primordial d’informer les exploitants de ce qu’est un changement climatique. Expliquait Dany!
Ainsi, il a fait appel à tous les volontaires et toutes les associations qui veulent collaborer avec son groupement, pour une éducation verte.
Information et mise en place d’un cadre juridique pour lutter contre le banditisme
D’une part, afin de redorer l’image de leur activité, ils vont user de toutes leurs forces pour atteindre un but commun. Celui de, convaincre le monde de l’informel a rentrer dans un cadre juridique adapté à la situation.
D’autre part, l’utilisation des médias traditionnels et des nouveaux médias, sont des atouts extrêmement prépondérants pour ce nouveau président, pour la lutte contre le banditisme dans les carrières. Toujours, d’après ce dernier, afin qu’il y ait, plus de transparence concernant les droits de l’homme, il est très important d’informer le public des différents cas d’arnaques, d’intimidations et de carnages envers les mineurs.
Pour conclure, Dany Servey Rasolofomanana, propose à l’Etat malagasy que les étrangers ne rentrent plus dans les carrières, durant leurs achats de pierres précieuses. Non pas pour les exclure, mais pour une application stricte du code minier. Ce qui a été fortement apprécier, par le représentant du ministère des mines, lors de cette cérémonie dédiée au nouvel an.

Ancien Secrétaire General de la présidence de la Transition. Fort, d’une réputation de machiavélique. Proposer son nom comme premier responsable de l’exécutif, est une insulte vis à vis de la population malagasy. Pour la bonne et simple raison que c’est un spécialiste en appropriation frauduleuse de deniers publics.
Jao Jean: Célèbre pour son attirance sexuelle envers les adolescents et les enfants
Ancien membre du Conseil de la Transition (CT). Actuellement, élu député de Madagascar sous la couleur du VPM-MMM. Ce dernier, a été examiné par la justice, à cause de son attirance sexuelle envers les adolescents et les enfants. Comme par magie, l’homme qui a fait la couverture de tous les journaux nationaux, qui devait croupir en prison pour abus sexuel envers des mineurs, a été innocenté par des juges pourris. Tout cela s’est passé, sous les yeux de l’actuelle présidente de l’Assemblée Nationale et ancienne ministre de la justice Christine Razanamahasoa.
Enfin, si je ne m’abuse, Christine Razanamahasoa, Haja Resampa et Jao Jean portent des noms de chenapans hors pairs. En ce troisième millénaire, la population malagasy reste en mode d’hibernation, en terme de lutte contre toute forme d’injustice sociale et de pauvreté. Ceci étant, la question qui se pose est la suivante: « Mérite-t-elle ce genre de considération de la part de nos gouvernants? »

Shocked …. the Malagasy were left on 25 January following the inaugurals.
The new president Hery Rajaonarimapianina was welcomed by a scandal. One that claimed the life of an innocent two years old and injured 37 other from a grenade explosion at a bus stop. It was reportedly initiated by a white man in a 4×4 or on foot. The facts are unclear. It happened 200 yards from the swearing in ceremony. Immediately following the blast it was still too early and too sensitive to jump into conclusion. However, with a few days to gain some perspective it is time to question, set the facts straight and investigate.
The innocent victims were rushed to the emergency.
Flowers were left in remembrance. Buzzes were launched in social media such as facebook and twitter. Eager to find out more, we have been closely monitoring the media. Surprisingly the news did not make the headlines the next day. Information are trickling down but nothing sufficiently clear to draw any conclusion. Needless to say such crime cannot be left unpunished. As it stand a serious investigation should be carried out. In fact it is an opportunity for the new government to demonstrate its commitment to end impunity. The media is already using powerful terms such as « Terrorism. » Isn’t that too extreme without clear investigation? Terrorism is defined as « the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes. » Thus a political element must be proven. If it is politically related, one can only wonder what the verdict would be.
The press reported a 4×4 driven by military personnel visiting Antanimora, the capital’s prison, to free theirs friends. When asked whether they had a decision issued by the tribunal that would allow their action, they were unable to produce one. The situation was so confusing that following an emergency meeting chaired by the leaders in the military a number of military personnel and civilians were thrown back into prison. They were freed again later during the week. Apparently they negotiated between themselves so as to avoid any escalation of violence. Between the uncertainty of the investigation, the shock of the loss of a two year old’s life, the too many victims fighting for survival, the tragedy and the story continues to unfold with pieces of information in the media.
Whether politically motivated or other these victims deserve more than just flowers. The population need to be reassured that their newly elected President is truly committed to ending impunity for such crimes. Ceasing political episode which was led by savages abusing power and authority. Time ! It is time for real change. Where art thou Mr President ? Rendering justice to innocents is your first test.

Si aux États Unis, les Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, l’association des black Panthers luttaient contre la traite des nègres. En Afrique du Sud, Nelson Mandela était célèbre pour son combat contre l’apartheid. Du côté de l’Asie, les Dalaï Lama, Gandhi et compères ont donné une image digne de notre respect, concernant leur résistance contre toute forme d’injustice sociale et de pauvreté. Afin de, rétablir ce que l’on appelle « droit de l’homme ».
Par contre, à Madagascar, un certain Patrick Leloup, qui n’est autre que l’un des proches collaborateurs de Andry Rajoelina (l’homme qui a imposé le culte du mal aux Malagasy). Célèbre, depuis un certain temps, à cause de son complexe de croisement de races différentes, n’est autre que ce type qui a osé sortir des propos injurieux envers ses compatriotes.
En ce troisième millénaire, traiter de Babakoto (singe primate) ses concitoyens est une atteinte à l’intégrité morale de tous les Malagasy. Sinon, dire que les militaires, derniers remparts de la république sont des « Akoho gasy affamés » est exactement le terme approprié contre ces derniers, pour cause de lâchetés. Par contre, menacer toutes personnes ouvertement et publiquement à cause de son fanatisme pour le Disc Jockey, est une aberration pour une tentative de meurtre. Et je cite: » […] Je vous tuerais un par un, si jamais vous faites chier à Andry Rajoelina […] »
Si la légende de Tarzan est connue pour son évolution, dans le monde contemporain. Chita, le singe de ce dernier, quand à lui, gardait toujours ce côté primaire incompréhensible. Ceci, pour vous faire remarquer que Leloup dans l’état actuel des choses, est notre Chita.
Le journaliste citoyen qui a partagé ce message fort de la part de Leloup, mérite toutes nos reconnaissances et gratitudes. Car, Ce dernier a été dupé jusqu’au plus plus profond de son cerveau.

I am the winner
Madagascar’s historically awaited 20th of december election day took place in a calm atmosphere. It was the day of the run off between the two candidates, Hery Rajaonarimampianina and Jean Louis Robinson. They are backed by the two titans of Malagasy politics President Andry Rajoelina and ousted former President Marc Ravalomanana.
There were reports of violence in the South, namely in Ikalamavony, Betroka and Midongy Atsimo. Dahalo, bandits, threatened a member of the CENIT and destroyed ballot boxes. Apart from a few incidents of violence the rest of the island was peaceful. The streets of the capital was deserted as citizens walked to their election point to cast their votes. In the evening, both candidates celebrated early victory when the first results were announced.
The suicidal debate
The last day of campaigning was concluded by a heated debate between the two candidates. At the time, Robinson was ahead by a few percentage not much but still ahead. Sadly, for Robinson he was attacked by a question leading him to reveal that he is a Free Mason. Thus committing political suicide. The majority of Malagasy have an unforgiving policy toward Freemasonry. The end of the debate left many focused on that one and only slip up, especially since Robinson benefited from a strong christian support. Many share the view that it was a setup. A fact we cannot confirm but only suspect.
The day following the elections were still peaceful, though presence of police and gendarme noticeably increased. International observers report a transparent elections yet rumors of pre-ticked ballots for the candidate Hery Rajaonarimanpianina worry many voters.
In the name of transparency
At present the real results of the presidential run-off remain unknown. Those of the legislatives are slowly revealed. The atmosphere remain calm but somewhat tense. Four days following the elections, Robinson, the candidate backed up by ousted former President Ravalomanana complained of election fraud. According to him and his political party they have won approximately 60%. A result he claims he can prove. He warned against illegal acts perpetrated by incumbent President Andry Rajoelina to influence the polls. He announced that they are manipulating the choice of the Malagasy people.
The Independent National Electoral Commission of the Transition, CENIT, which is an independent electoral body funded by the United Nations supervised the 20 115 polling stations in the country. The Southern African Development Community, SADC deployed 256 observers dispatched in 22 regions of Madagascar. The EU Election Observation Mission, UE-EOM deployed 42 long-term observers and sent teams composed of their observers and national observers covering several regions including remote areas of the country.
CENIT is in it
Robinson denounces that the CENIT is involved in the fraud and that he has proof of his victory. He threatens criminal prosecution of those who perpetrated the fraud. He requests the resignation of Beatrice Attalah head of the CENIT. In the alternative that she be assisted by a “co-head”. As for the rest of Robinson’s political party, they refuse to be inactive. The battle of the numbers continues. Once again the population feels manipulated by their own leaders. The elections were meant to be an exit, an end of political crisis not the spark of another one. Where are we heading if our next President comes to power through a malicious process?
In the hope that the choice of the people will be respected, that there were no such massive electoral fraud. The people voted, let their voices be seen through the true results. In spite of these rumours and worries; knowing the Malagasy population, christmas is a day of celebration and fihavanana.

A day to make history
Rare are countries that decide to hold the elections of deputies and the president on the same day. Especially elections which will surely shape the future of Madagascar lost in a state of despair. The 20 th of december is that chosen day. A momentous day awaits the country which has been experiencing endless crisis on all fronts; political, social and economic. It will be a day when we are given an opportunity for change.
A broken Madagascar
It has long been a victim of a plague of self interested and power hungry leaders. Malagasy disappointed by unfulfilled promises. Moral values once cherished and respected are now out the window. Values held by the citizens and the authorities. All you need is to walk the streets of the capital filled with rubbish. The authorities did not clean up, but neither did we.
A new beginning
Years went on, the youth took the street promising better lives. Yet the results were an erosion of democracy while corruption flourished. Madagascar is in desperate need of healing. A beginning of an end to poverty. The Millennium Development Goals we are to work towards should neither halt nor slow down. We have until 2015, a fast approaching deadline. If the elected are truly determined to set aside their greed Madagascar has a chance to renewal.
With great power comes great responsibilities
The heightened hype, excitement and desire to assume the everest of responsibilities that awaits these candidates is puzzling. The road ahead is undoubtedly treacherous as every aspect of a Malagasy citizen’s life is in need of a reform. In the hope that the repetitive destructive scenario of leaders motivated by personal gain through abuse of power will lessen or even end.
Vote wisely
Campaigns that inundate the capital praise for the survival of the most popular not the most competent. In the elections of deputies we should aim to be represented by those willing to work toward progress. As for the presidential, it is certainly our strongest tool to influence the development of Madagascar.
Let us not fall in the same trap as before. Just because one is young and dynamic does not mean one is the leader Madagascar needs. Popularity does not necessarily rhyme with ability. Knowledge and skills are qualities essential for leadership not artistic charisma only.
As citizens voting is an essential opportunity to contribute to the development of Madagascar. Before the 20th we must make every effort to know what these candidates really stand for. When you cast your vote don’t chose competence and integrity over popularity.

Si on veut que Madagascar avance, il est très important que les journalistes traditionnels commencent a concevoir une politique d’éducation citoyenne ferme. Car, dans un contexte ou la majorité de la population est facile a infantiliser, le genre de propos d’une tapette, comme celui de la gazette, sortie récemment contre le candidat à la présidentielle Jean Louis Robinson devrait être banni de la société.
Objectivement, l’appareil pour le test d’alcoolémie dans le sang n’existe pas dans le pays ou bien, n’est pas encore à la connaissance du public. Donc, comment se fait-il que la personne qui a proposé toute cette polémique soit au courant que Monsieur Robinson avait le cerveau troublé suite à l’absorption d’alcool.
A-t-il usé de ladite appareil pour connaître l’alcool descendu dans le sang du docteur? Est ce que l’auteur de cet article a embrassé le Docteur afin de sentir son haleine? Comment a-t-il ou elle a su que ce dernier était ivre lors de son passage a l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Madagascar?
Supposons que c’est un homme qui a écrit cet article. Soit il a un problème d’aliénation mentale, soit il est atteint d’une trouble paranoïaque angoissante et par pure illusion, il a réussi à sortir une hypothèse débile d’un écrivain fanatique. Par contre, si l’écriture venait d’une femme. Soit, elle était en période de règles douloureuses intenses, soit elle est atteinte d’une cessation définitive de l’ovulation, ce qui a engendré cette attitude immature.
En tout cas, une fois de plus, les journalistes traditionnels malgaches, qui ne pensent qu’à la vente de son journal ne sont que des spécialistes de la diabolisation et des rumeurs. Et par manque d’éthique, ils sont capable d’écrire n’importe quoi juste pour attirer l’attention des lecteurs. Ou va ce pays avec de tels comportements?
Enfin, j’aimerai demander audience auprès de l’entourage du candidat Jean Louis, à son protocole ou autres responsables. S’il est élu à la magistrature suprême de la république de Madagascar.
Pour la patrie, cinq ou six verres de whisky, n’est pas de refus.
Avec internet, qui fait partie intégrante de la nouvelle Technologie de l’Information et de la Communication. Cette plate-forme qui consiste a augmenter, l’adrénaline du citoyen lambda, en matière de partage de nouvelle, est en pleine effervescence (web2.0 + web3.0). La suivie des élections mérite notre attention à tous!
Depuis quelques années, j’ai assisté, animé, organisé pas mal de débat et de conférence sur le rôle du journalisme citoyen, tant sur le plan national qu’international. Pour la bonne marche de la démocratie et de la liberté d’expression.
Toujours est il que, la nation malgache est un vrai cimetière de projet dans tous les domaines. A chaque fois, qu’il y a un événement marquant qui se déroule au pays. Tout le monde a envie de se démarquer et se prend pour le bon samaritain.
Avec une simple volonté, passer à l’acte est un problème, en sachant pertinemment, le contexte économique du pays. Il n’est pas toujours évident, de viser le long terme. Même avec de grandes idées, sans les supports techniques nécessaires, pour la mise en place d’une valeur ajoutée (informations produites par les simples citoyens).
Pour la génération future, usons de toutes nos forces pour dénoncer les anomalies durant ce processus électoral ( avant, pendant, après). Afin que, le monde entier sache qu’à ce niveau d’organisation, il est impossible que ces élections atteignent la transparence.

Don’t hold on to the climate
The recent political turmoil and manipulation experienced in Madagascar led many of the ever so opinionated Malagasy to fear reprisal if they were to take on the streets and protest. Here is a valued aspect of advocacy and activism – there are many alternatives. One of which is slacktivism.
It has been repeatedly said around tables at home, in cafés and restaurants that “something” must be done for one cause or another. Poverty? Injustice? Political manipulation? Involvement of the international community in our politics?
Indeed, in the midst of this political unpredictability we must be careful not to contribute to the confusion. Yet, standing aside and leaving causes worth fighting for be reported to a later time is not an option. At a time when the majority of the population is attentive to Madagascar’s well being one must act, that time is now ! Manifest into actions those never ending criticisms. Enough heard already. Do something!
Slacker ? Activist? Well guess what you can be both and still make an impact. If you don’t want to take the streets for whatever reason then be a slacktivist, it is ok !
Slacker and activism are the two little words to brand a new age “feel-good” measure of making an impact in your world. Slacktivism has become somewhat of a buzzword when it comes to demeaning the electronic versions of participation, may it be political of otherwise. Slacktivist activities include signing internet petitions, joining a community organization, copying and pasting of social network statuses or messages.
You are not a lonely bowler
Skeptics have raised valuable arguments opposing this approach to advocacy. Namely the view that internet activities are ineffective, or that they lessen real life political participation or other forms of civic engagement. Robert Putnam, a political scientist and Harvard professor has argued that citizens are becoming “lonely bowlers” who no longer interact socially. As a result they are no longer willing to take part in political matters. May be so, but the beauty of the social dynamics of Madagascar renders it an ideal breeding ground for a mixture of both.
The willingness is there, unfortunately so is the fear, the hesitation. Those who are well ingrained in their causes willing to lead should go ahead and do so. Giving others the opportunity to follow and support. Malagasy, we think we are lonely bowlers but give us an opportunity to gather and we will. This is when slacktivism comes into play. There are already some precedence: “liking” an NGO’s status, signing petitions to strengthen conservation projects, paypal donations to so and so charities. Let take it a step further !
Tools you need for your slacktivism
Social media and new technology are your essential tools. These are extremely versatile and adaptable means for civic engagement in the 21st century. They can be used for any purpose: to seem “cool”, to develop a business and lately for social change. Hence, it can be used to destroy or build depending on the purpose of its user.
Make sure your message is well researched, informative and tailored to your audience. That been said, I can already hear the typical excuse: “not all Malagasy have access to the internet”. Guess what? There are always alternatives: your mobile phones. Ilay foza-oran’e !
In 2009, there were 4 835 000 mobile phone users hence 25 % of the Malagasy population. In fact, this number doubled in 2011 to 43% hence 8 665 000. Seen as at least 20% of us are literate, logically if you can read you are most likely to own a mobile phone.
Social media is also on the rise. The facebook, twitter, instagram and you-tube fever continues. If you have not heard about one of these you may have lived in a cave for the past decade. The Malagasy’s limitless curiosity will only strengthen our internet presence. These are the tools you need for your slacktivism. Bear in mind the importance of being well informed so as to reinforce your impact.
Civic engagement through slacktivism, why not?
Noticing, an increasing number of groups using new technology and social media to facilitate civic engagement and collective actions in Madagascar is a breath of fresh air. We must continue opening up to the World. Continue informing our distant neighbors about Madagascar. Please let us talk about other topics and not just “the unique fauna and flora”. How cliché ! It is not the only cause that needs collective participation. How about: Political crisis? Democracy? Transparency? Upcoming elections? Or even our colonial history? And finally ! the ever growing consciousness and reactions on the manipulation of the “international community”.
We cannot all be chiefs
If we are so fearful to taken on the streets, then let’s be slackers. Instead share powerful messages, petitions or join organizations that stand up for our principles. See ! we cannot all be leaders. It is just the way it is. There will always be some chiefs and more indians.
If we were all intending to be chiefs of within a household, at church or for a social change organization, nothing will be achieved. Chiefs, elaborate that researched and targeted cause and spread it. Followers, show your support in a concerted effort.
We can criticize and moan all we want on national radio and we should, but let us aim for an even larger impact: the international community itself. The citizens of those countries who only view Malagasy as confused, powerless, manipulated population. Show them how mistaken they have been. I have never experienced such an opinionated and passionate population! We know it, but do others know?
Andao ary i-slacktivist e!
Activism has taken on a new route and we, Malagasy cannot and should not fall behind, use it to our advantage. Let us be opportunistic. I have witnessed first hand the firing dedication inside us when it comes to our own politics. A spoken desire for change but also an apparent hesitation.
Well, social media and new technology is there as your companion. It can shield you from the prejudice of others and that “gaz lacrimogène” you so fear of. No one is judging you so long as you do something within your capacity.
So fellow Malagasy once again here is a call to use the digital tool of today to shape your future. For those with an internet presence, use it ! Reach beyond borders and please enough talks about that one endemic flower. It is time to explain clearly, share information abroad so as to strengthen your initiative for change on the Malagasy territory.
Remember we can be supporters, faces and ambassadors to shape Madagascar’s new future as slacktivists.

A quelques semaines, du premier tour des élections présidentielles malgaches, il est de mon devoir, en tant que simple citoyen de poser la question suivante: » Pourquoi choisir le Docteur Jean Louis Robinson et non les autres? ».
Projet de société et idéologie politique:
Democratie libérale comme doctrine politique et le Madagascar Action Plan ou « Madagasikara Am-perin’Asa » ( MAP) comme projet de société. Sans oublié, la gratuité de l’école publique, la santé pour tous, la promotion de l’agriculture et de l’élevage (bénéfique pour le milieu rural pour qu’il puisse atteindre les normes internationales), la revalorisation de la sécurité publique pour la protection des biens et des personnes etc.
Connaissant, les capacités intellectuelles, morales et physiques des gens qui ont établi le MAP (Bénévoles ou salariés). Pour le bien de Madagascar, c’est un très bon projet.
Ami de la nouvelle Technologie de l’Information et de la Communication:
L’ancien président en exil Marc Ravalomanana, est intervenu en direct par vidéo conférence au Coliseum d’Antsonjombe. La vulgarisation des nTICs est en bonne marche et nécessite une attention particulière de la part de tout un chacun.
Même si, la liberté d’expression, du côté des médias traditionnel est malade. L’ouverture d’esprit des internautes, avec le relai en temps réel, par les réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Twitter, Blog etc.) démontre que le web2.0 n’est pas en reste.
Le Docteur Robinson soutenu par la mouvance Ravalomanana est l’ami de la nouvelle Technologie de l’Information et de la Communication.
Le candidat idéal contre le culte du mal:
Comme disait ma collègue Michaella, lors de son interview, dans le quotidien express de Madagascar du 23 août 2013, « la pauvreté n’exclut pas la citoyenneté ». Ceci, pour vous dire, qu’il est temps que ce culte du mal s’arrête. Pour la bonne et simple raison, qu’Andry Rajoelina ne doit pas sortir par la grande porte et que lui et son équipe de voyou règle ses comptes vis à vis de ses contribuables.
Politique d’anticipation et politique de l’indifférence:
Le livre de Gène Sharp qui s’intitule: » De la dictature à la démocratie » est une remarquable stratégie en terme de défiance politique. Il explique clairement, comment, par une attitude pacifique battre le mal.
La où j’aimerai attirer votre attention, est l’optimisme flagrante de la mouvance Ravalomanana et du Docteur Robinson, comme quoi, il va siéger, facilement à la magistrature suprême de la république de Madagascar.
De l’autre côté, et d’après les indiscrétions, la bande du putschiste (les candidats adversaires membre de la MAFIA, la Cour Électorale Spéciale avec ses magistrats corrompus, les minorités de militaires corrompus, les journalistes spécialistes de la diabolisation et des rumeurs.) se prépare, pour que le candidat Jean Louis Robinson ne passe pas la deuxième tour des élections présidentielles.
Donc, il serait mieux d’avoir 50% de raison et 50% de contentement dans l’état actuel des choses avant de crier victoire.
Car, en politique, l’indifférence aux coups bas est une bonne chose, savoir l’anticipée en est une autre.

comment peut-il accepter toute cette ingérence de la part de la Communauté Internationale? Pourquoi un homme de son charisme n’arrive pas à différencier le bien du mal pour le futur de Madagascar? Tant de questions qui resterons à jamais sans réponse pour cause d’inconscience. L’avenir nous le dira.
Inconscience pour la bonne et simple raison que de part le monde, un Premier Ministre incapable de trancher sur la vie de sa nation est un homme irresponsable et inutile. Un homme politique qui ne sait pas sur quel pied danser concernant la vie de son pays est un homme sans valeur.
Se défouler n’est pas le but de ce « post » mais trouver solution pour le bien de Madagascar. A une semaine de l’ouverture de la campagne électorale malagasy, beaucoup de personnes restent encore sceptiques quand au bon déroulement de cette dernière (manque de dispositif technique, éducation électorale bafouée, financement non encore débloqué etc.) Certains citoyens vont même jusqu’à aller dire que ces élections ne vont pas résoudre cette crise politique. En tout cas, c’est une insulte pure et directe de la part de nos partenaires bilatéraux.
Si au moins, disaient certaines personnes, » un Hugo Chavez malagasy était dans la place ». Nous ne serions pas arrive à ce stade de l’irrespect et du manque de Considération. Étant donné que, nous sommes une population hors du commun sur le globe terrestre. La question que l’on pose à Omer est la suivante: » A qui profite la gabegie? »

Quand une vieille personne commence à donner raison de sa personne et qu’il ne trouve jamais faute durant son existence, il est primordial d’instaurer ce que l’on appelle « conflit de génération ».
Je ne confirmerais pas que le vieux dictateur de Ratsiraka n’a rien fait pour ce pays. Au contraire, il en a tellement fait que par deux fois, la population malgache l’avait rejeté (1991 et 2002) et actuellement il veut prendre sa revanche, en donnant cause à sa personne et ses anciens « Kamarady » du temps du « boky mena ».
Plus d’un quart de siècle de pouvoir et jusqu’à aujourd’hui, Deba ne veut toujours pas lâcher prise. Durant son dernier show télévisé sur la chaîne privée Tv Plus, il était dans tous ses états pour raconter ses dérives d’homme politique. Pour ma part, je trouve en l’amiral un vieil homme qui n’a de respect pour la population mais surtout qui divague complètement. Hallucinant, intriguant mais surtout pourquoi cet appétit incessant du pouvoir?
La démagogie est la plus grande insulte qu’une nation puisse accepter politiquement parlant. Depuis notre indépendance jusqu’à nos jours, le marin se croit toujours être le centre d’intérêt de la gente politique malgache. En fait, si on analyse bien, ce n’est qu’un centre d’attraction si je puis me permettre.
Pour notre fou rire, Monsieur est pauvre mais se permet le luxe de payer 50 Millions d’ariary pour la caution aux prochaines présidentielles. Monsieur ne supporte pas la France pour son ingérence dans la vie politique malgache. Pourtant, durant ses différents déboires en politique, c’est toujours cette dernière qui l’a accueilli à bras ouverts (honnêteté intellectuel oblige monsieur le président). Monsieur n’a pas accepté que la population malgache a légitimé les mouvements de 1991 et celui de 2002 et qu’il a eu le culot de parler d’hommes politiques décédés comme soutien afin d’avaliser et de légaliser son cas (feu Herizo Razafimahaleo, Guy Willy Razanamasy, Richard Andriamanjato etc.) Et comme cerise sur le gâteau, pour la sortie de crise, Monsieur a des amis richards qui veulent investir 5 Milliards de dollar à Madagascar s’il arrive à organiser sont fameux sommet à 4 ou élargi. Bref, Ratsiraka est un vantard.
Enfin, j’aimerai donner conseil à cette jeunesse inconsciente et insouciante des moins de 30 ans. Ne vous laisser pas duper dans l’illusion par des propos vides de sens comme celui de l’ancien président, analyser bien et faites preuves de discernement. Puisque, l’histoire interdit de parler aux perdants.

8 is the number, tuesday, thursdays of this week are the key days.
This week-end the Malagasy territory was marked with the news of eight cancelled candidacies by Madagascar’s second Special Electoral Court (CES 2).
The news was not generally welcomed especially since three of the candidacies are those of the controversial contenders: Andry Rajoelina, Lalao Ravalomanana and Didier Ratsiraka. Opinions were expressed even in the toilets of buzzing bars and clubs of Madagascar. My ears and eyes witnessed the discontentment, the frustration.
Once again the political situation and this newly constituted CES decision leaves most Malagasy ever more frustrated. Are we young, not so young, men and women to sit and wait? Wait and let them dictate our panoply of choices for the elections.
Since the start of this transition and four years later our lives have been decide behind closed doors and four walls with little and limited access for the public to decide and participate in their fate. This week is key to shaping Madagascar’s future. A way out, delaying a way out or keeping the status quo.
Undoubtedly, the CES 2 is yet another mechanism to confuse, to delay the road to the elections as it limits the Malagasy’s choice of their next leader. Even if the candidacies of the three contenders are most controversial and presents risks of potential instability some even talk of a revolt and taking the streets, Malagasy have the right to decide, who to lead them.
CES 1 has approved their candidacies in accordance with the criteria laid out in the initial road map. A decision faced with several difficulties at the time, one that was also questioned and criticised. This second decision is a simple violation of the first approval of their candidacies. CES 2, reiterated the first points of contention raised by CES 1 and rejected Andry Rajoelina’s candidacy for failing to file the application before the 28 April deadline and Lalao Ravalomanana and Ratsiraka, that they do not meet the requirement outlined in the Constitution requiring any candidate for the office of president to reside in the territory of the Republic of Madagascar for at least six months prior to the deadline for application.
Three days are left to hear the final decisions and strategies of the three political parties. Tuesday 20 August, until then the CES stated the eight candidates have three days to appoint other people to replace them in the presidential race. What will the three candidates decide? To withdraw, to contest in what manner?
Seeing no way out, doubting whether this will actually lead to an appeasement of the situation. Injustice and manipulation is ever more on the minds of Malagasy citizen. Enough is enough. Enough of the confusion, of the stalemate exacerbating injustice leaving the country to continue in a situation of complete political anarchy and instability.
Cancelling these candidacies limits the Malagasy’s choice of their next leader. As well as questions the seriousness and transparency of both CES. Even if the candidacies of the three contenders are most controversial and presents risks in the sense of a potential revolution such risks have been understood and evaluated by the leaders and the Malagasy citizen.. Malagasy have the right to decide, who to lead them and CES 1 ‘s initial approval of their candidacies in spite of the long winded debate over whether the criteria were met was in accordance with the initial road map once they had decided to include all three controversial candidacies. There is no valid basis to appeal that decision, it seems the creation of the CES 2 was a tactic an alternative so as to distance and avoid the participation of the three key contenders. Many blame the international community for deciding and imposing their agenda whatever it may be on the Malagasy’s future. Suspiciously, since june, the international community suggested the reconstitution of the CES. Done and done and now with a decision which will certainly be a turning point.
32 candidates accepted by the CES to run the race on 8 and 18 October by the Independent National Election Commission. For now we are once again left in a state of limbo, uncertainty and the frustration continues and deepens.

“Ntaganda’s expected trial will underscore the importance of the ICC in providing accountability for the world’s worst crimes when national courts are unable or unwilling to deliver justice.”
Bosco Ntaganda, a.k.a « The Terminator » faced a highly attentive Pre-Trial Chamber of the International Criminal Court, ICC, on 26 March 2013, the day of his first appearance. He humbly pleaded “not guilty” before being cut off by Judge Ekaterina Trendafilova and reminded that he did not have to enter a plea.
The Terminator’s behavior has certainly been unpredictable since his inexplicable voluntary surrender on 18 March at the US embassy in Kigali, Rwanda. Another of Africa’s most feared warlords landed in the famous capital for international justice on 22 March 2013. We are scheduled to see the charges against him being confirmed or dismissed in hearings due to commence on 10 February 2014.
The Untouchable
Without fear of arrest, Ntaganda lived openly in the town of Goma in the Democratic Republic of Congo, DRC, dinning at luxurious restaurants and spotted playing tennis at the courtyard of Karibu Hotel. Meanwhile civilians were allegedly massacred by the Force Patriotiques pour la Libération du Congo, FPLC, troops under his command as chief of military operations. The FPLC is a military wing of the Union Patriotic Congolaise, UPC, an armed group known for its brutality in perpetrating serious human rights abuses, namely ethnic based massacre, torture, rape, pillage, abduction and use children as soldiers. The UPC was led by another warlord, a familiarly known as Thomas Lubanga Dyilo, the first sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment for the war crimes of enlisting and conscripting children under age 15 as soldiers and using them as active participants in hostilities in 2002-2003 was the President of the UPC.
Deadliest Conflict since World War II
While, DRC conflict by reason of its historical importance and complexity cannot be summarised in a few words it cannot be separated from the Ntaganda’s journey to the ICC. Approximately 3 to 6 million have lost their lives since 1998. Victimization range from sexual violence, recruitment and use of children under the age of 15 as soldiers. Scars of the DRC conflict cannot be ignored.
In a nutshell, the DRC gained independence from Belgium in 1960 and fell in the hands of 32 years of oppressive Mobutu rule. This was followed by a spill-over of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide which fueled the initial turmoils when Rwandan and Burundian refugees invaded into the Eastern part of the DRC. The refugees set up camp which became a defacto military base. Mobutu was destabilised by Laurent Kabila with support from Rwanda and Sudan. Mobutu was later overthrown with additional military support of troops from Angola, Chad, Namibia, Sudan and Zimbabwe.
While the DRC was freed from bitter Mobutu years, the second Congolese war broke out in 1998, lasting 5 years. Violence escalated, and multiple actors became even more involved, namely: Rwanda, Uganda, Namibia and Zimbabwe and 25 ethnic militias. Needless to say, the DRC has been dragged from one chain of turmoil to another.
At present the on-going conflict is exacerbated by the DRC armed forces failing to operate under the full control of the central government and targeting the trying to control of the trade in minerals and gold for their own personal benefit. DRC’s future looks bleak as the involvement of several multinational corporation in the scramble for natural resources and funding armed groups by conducting business with them. Needless to say, the DRC has been dragged from one chain of turmoil to another with ruthless and violent actors involved.
Quest for Peace
In an attempt to transition into peace, the Lusaka Peace Accord was signed in 1999. At the same time, the Security Council established the United Nations Organization Mission, MONUSCO, to observe the ceasefire and disengagement of forces and maintain the cooperation of the signatories of the Peace Accord. In 2002 Laurent Kabila was murdered succeeded by his son who became a valiant negotiator. He partly succeeded at negotiating the withdrawal of the Rwandan forces. All the while, crimes against humanity and war crimes continued to be were perpetrated between September 2002 until September 2003 by the FPLC allegedly led by Ntaganda.
In 2009 an armed group led an insurgence in eastern DRC. The group is formed by Tutsi rebels. The government and the Tutsi rebels signed a peace agreement to integrated the rebels into the Congolese military, but in 2012 they defected and formed an armed group called M23. Ntaganda initially lead a mutiny, and he and his forces joined with other rebels to form this new armed group, M23, which battled Congolese and UN troops in eastern Congo. We now hear of the M23 operating essentially for the government however they have been accounts of them committing acts of violence as well. To make matters worse it is not the only military group, the multiplicity of actors have not been solved.
In February of this year, 11 African countries signed the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework in which they agreed to cease interference in the territory of the DRC and commit to a monitoring mechanism to ensure compliance with the peace deal. The impact and implementation of this latest agreement remains uncertain. Is this another make believe attempt to transition to peace? The agreed ceasefire between the Congolese arm and M23 has only lasted approximately two months, and on July 14 residents in the East of the DRC report abuse, rape and killings allegdly being perpetrated by M23 force with Rwandan support.
Road to the International Criminal Court
The Prosecutor of the ICC initiated an investigation in the DRC in 2004. 6 accused are indicted, one of which, Thomas Lubanga Dyilo has been sentenced to 12 years. Recently Ntaganda surrendered himself into ICC custody. Also known as one of Africa’s most notorious warlords, the privileged fugitive, was once wanted by the ICC in a first warrant of arrest in 2006 followed by a second one in 2012. From accounts that he was terrorizing innocents, he referred to himself a simple soldier during his initial appearance before the ICC. General Bosco Ntaganda’s command for over 10 years, he is wanted since 2006 for allegedly committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in northeastern Congo in 2002 and 2003, including recruiting and using child soldiers, murder, rape and sexual slavery, and persecution.
Ntaganda at the ICC – What does this mean?
The ICC is burdened with great expectations. Too often it is expected to provide healing for all wounds caused in conflicts. Though international in nature, the ICC was never intended to be the “World’s” criminal court. Indeed, the Rome Statute which is its primary legal instrument, negotiated and ratified mainly by states does not provide for primary jurisdiction over Genocide, Crimes against Humanity or War Crimes. Its existence is entrenched under the principle of complementarity, which essentially means that the ICC is to “complement” national judicial systems retain their responsibility for trying perpetrators of crimes. Therefore, it remains the duty of every nation to prosecute perpetrators of those grave crimes. Nevertheless the significance of cases such as that of Ntaganda is not negligible. It reinforces the principle that no crime should go unpunished and hierarchy is not a bar to prosecution.
The ICC’ s Prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda when welcoming Ntaganda’s transfer declared: « Today those who have long suffered at the hands of Bosco Ntaganda can look forward to the future and the prospect of justice secured. » Rightly so, the function of the ICC is to bring justice though limited it may be. The ICC through the cases and situations it investigates demonstrate that it remains dedicated to victims of conflicts and seeks to establish the truth when it can.
