Depuis la conference organisee par les Nations Unies sur les changements climatiques, l’etat malagasy est cense sensibiliser la population sur le danger que porte les feux de brousses, la secheresse dans le sud et les differents cyclones car cela a a un impact sur  la couche d’ozone et la vie de tous les jours de la nature et de l’homme

Nombreux sont les hommes d’etat et les journalistes MALAGASY qui etaient dans le meme avion que ma personne pour assister a la conference proprement dite mais la question qui se pose est la suivante: ETAIT-IL NECESSAIRE DE GASPILLER AUTANT D’ARGENT POUR UN DEPLACEMENT SANS RESULTAT?

POUR UNE CROISSANCE VERTE, PROTEGEONS LA PLANETE telle est le slogan lance par les Nation Unies durant cette rencontre  de New York.

Parmis les pays qui m’ont le plus marques  les Etats Unis etaient retresentes par son president Mr Barack Obama qui  depuis  8  mois ont pris beaucoup de resolutions  concernant la diminution du CO2. Menant un propagande sur la vie quotidienne des americains afin que les autres nations puissent suivre cette exemple.

Les Iles Maldives et son president Mr Mohamed Nasheed qui a tenu un conseil de ministres sous la mer voulaient attirer l’attention du monde que la seule et unique sortie de crise a cette situation catastrophique est le positionnement des pays nantis afin que le reste du monde en prenne conscience et que tout le monde applique les resolutions de new york pour  que Copenhague reussisse.

La Chine et son president Mr Hu Jintao a pour sa part porter l’attention sur son plan de developpement econimique et social, reduction de son emission d’ici a 2020 par rapport a 2005, augmentation de sa couverture forestiere de 40 millions d’hectares soit 1,3 Milliards DE m3 et enfin pour une politique economique, ecologique et circulaire.

Le Japon avec son premier ministre Mr Yukio Hatoyama a insiste pour une  reaction generale de tous les participants  et  plus d’attention des pays industrialises  pour les Pays en voie de developpement  afin que ces derniers puissent obtenir une ressource financiere qui d’apres lui est le point strategique de depart  des negociations  futures.

l’Afrique a ete representer par le president du Rwanda Mr Paul Kagame  la seule et unique facon d’aider ce continent est l’octroi d’aides et assistances car d’apres ce dernier le continent possede encore des richessses naturelles exploitables pour la reduction du gaz qui est un probleme unversel.

Mr Sarkozy  a parle pour la France  etait le seul  qui  eu l’acclamation du public car pour lui les Pays Developpes doivent donner l’exemple et doivent reduire leur gaz a 80%  d’ici 2050 ce qui est totalement faisable et realisable. Enfin pour ce dernier, cette generation est la derniere qui puisse faire face a ce probleme sinon ce sera trop tard.

En conclusion de tout  ce qui a ete ennonce  dessus, que l’on soit pauvre ou riche, industrialise ou non, l’action devrait  etre la meme:  proteger la nature et essayer d’y remettre de l’ ordre. LA BALLE EST MAINTENANT DANS LE CAMP DE CHAQUE ETRE HUMAIN QUI DEVRAIT ETRE CONSCIENT QUE CE CHANGEMENT CLIMATIQUE EST UN PROBLEME MAJEUR AUQUEL NOUS DEVRONS  FAIRE FACE.

Black musics has always attracted my own mind. Currently, one of the biggest cultural events in Madagscar is the “Madajazzcar”, honoured by local and foreign artists, came from all around the world. From october 7^th to  october 21^th, 2009, its 20^th year has been celebrated.

Many critics from many people are always on time when I listen this kind of music. Anyway, in my opinion, “feeling can be different for all of us”.

Des le jour ou j’ai su que j’allais representer #Madagascar a #New Yok pour la conference sur le changement climatique de l’ONU et pour le sommet du G20 a #Pittsburgh ,emotion,excitation mais surtout fierte furent mes reactions  quand on m’avait annonce que #oxfam voulait un blogger malgache activiste  pour un partage de donnee en temps reel pour ces representations.

je vais vous raconter  les differentes peripeties auxquelles  j’ai du faire face avant le jour  de mon depart: mais Tout d’abord je tiens a remercier  toutes les personnes qui se sont donnees corps et ames pour la realisation de ce voyage mais aussi a mes collegues de la blogosphere et du virtuel malgache en general.

21 Septembre 2009: Je quitte Madagscar a1h du matin a destination de New York avec une escale de 3H a Paris ou je me suis retrouve au meme endroit dans la hall du Terminal avec la bloggeuse #Foko @Fara de l’association #ICE qui travaille en #Irak,  discussions et prises de photos ont ete

vite fait.

7h de vol de #Paris a #New York mais le plus dur etait l’adaptation au  decalage horaire.

Arrive  a l’aeroport #JFK, @Lova avec son sourire, malgres une attente de 2h ou 3h  son livre a la main et son sac a dos etait venu me chercher pour me ramener a l’hotel ou je devais loger  #37 lexington avenue,Affinia Shelburne Hotel.

apres ma premiere nuit a new york  Stephanie est venue pour me mettre au courant du  programme il s’en suivit un  briefing avec toute l’equipe au siege de l’ONU et une presentation entre collegue eut lieu.

Apres quelques minutes d’echanges de points de vue   concernant le #changementclimatique, le groupe compose de tous les bloggers membre de #oxfam partent a pied a travers la ville pour repoindre la conference en elle meme quand durant le trajet je commencais a me rendre compte de toute cette opportunite qui m’est offerte d’etre a #New York je me suis permis de prendre des photos comme quoi il ne fallait oublier que j’y etais que pour 5 jours.

Policier en tenue,Hommes en civil type matrix a chaque coin de rue mais le plus extraordinaire etait cette surveillance maximale cote securite de la ville de #New York durant le sommet.

Pour en terminer ave mon histiore ONUSIENNE LE SEUL ET UNIQUE SOUCI DU MONDE EST MAINTENANT LE RESPECT DE LA NATURE.

TOUS LES PAYS QU’ILS SOIENT RICHES OU PAUVRES SE SONT MIS D’ACCOPRD SUR LES PRINCIPES DE LA DIMINUTION DE L’EMISSION DU GAZ A EFFET DE SERRE.

L’effet que ca produit si on prend l’exemple de Madagascar se trouve au niveau de  la secheresse,de  la montee des eaux, des differents cyclones…

This is the #oxfam team which took part at the manifestations since the developed countries presidents seem present at G20 seem to worry about nothing else but themselves. I was very disappointed by this situation.

There were also African to represent the fight they were rightly supporting.  And the message from all over Africa is the fight against Dictatorship. And finally this a video from #tcktcktck activist who share his ideas and disappointment on how G20 summit doesn’t care about poverty in Africa.

Même la super équipe d’Oxfam a pris part aux manifestations pour exprimer sa déception de voir les pays développés présents au G20 ignorer les causes des pays pauvres.

Cette situation est scandaleuse.

When I arrive from the Pittsburgh Airport I reached directly to the G20 press center and there was plenty of conferences already happenning. What I want to say so far is that G20 is a serious matter and only serious countries can be serious enough to stay committed to their decisions at the summit. I took videos and pictures of the events today to illiustrate my says but there is one question I asked that I really wanted a settle answer for it was:

Can we from the developing world can trust the G20? I can’t say by now she says, it depends on what is going to be decided afer the meetings.

We have to wait a little longer to know what is going to be done for developing world because G20 is in priority a reunion between emerging and developed countries who are powerful and have wealth. I have concluded in New York that it was about time to take action instead of making promises because we, in the developinhg countries always have great hopes.

I will end this post by saying that here in the States from what I saw on the streets today an how people were allowed to express their opinion is that Democracy is taken very seriously.

Quand je suis arrivé à l’aéroport de Pittsburgh je suis allé tout de suite au centre de presse du G20 pour les conférences qui y ont eu lieu aujourd’hui. Ce que j’ai réalisé c’est que le G20 est quelque chose de sérieux qui est seulement pour les pays assez sérieux pour rester engagés dans les décisions prises lors du sommet. Je vais illustrer cette journée par des vidéos et des photos que j’ai pris aujourd’hui. mais une seule question me trottait dans la tête et je n’hésitais pas à la poser :

Est-ce que les pays en voie de développement ont quelque chose à espérer dans le G20? La répondant prudemment me dit qu’elle ne peut rien avancer pour l’instant et pense qu’il va falloir attendre la fin du sommet pour le savoir.

Vous devirez donc encore patienter quelques jours avant de savoir ce qu’il en sera de l’aide au pays en voie de développement parce que vraisemblablement le G20 est encore un sommet entre puissants pays riches qui discuterons de leurs priorités avant tout. Je vais rappeler ici ma conclusion pour le sommet sur le réchauffement de New York que les dirigeants nous ont laissés sur des promesses et que nous voudrions plutôt que les choses se passent à l’action mais continuons d’espérer.

Je concluerai cet article en vous partageons ma découverte de ce pays de la Démocratie qu’est les États-Unis où la liberté d’opinion s’affiche dans les rues ouvertement sans troubles que ici la Démocratie est prise très au sérieux.

Pakysse> donc il y a de l’espoir pour l’Afrique alors?

Réponse> je le crois si l’Afrique sait faire son boulot! et les pays africains doivent définir ce qu’ils sont prêts à faire, quelles sont leurs propres initiatives

Pakysse> Can we still have hope in Africa?

Answer> Of course we count on Africa as long as they define what they are willing to do and what they are able to do in order to get active support.

Lady> I see that the main echue is to know how  much the developed countries are going to help the developing countries. Do you have any clue on how much they are going to lend?

Answer> I had comfirmation from some countries that we have mobilized more than (100 billions) to face the fiancial crisis so we can do the same for the planet.

Le réseau que je touche est assez limité à ma liste d’amis sur Facebook, les dizaines de bloggers de Foko dispesés à travers l’île de Madagascar mais aussi les usagers de Twitter. Malgré cela l’expérience de liveblogging et la synchronisation sur le micro-blogging a réussi a mobilisé l’intérêt et beaucoup ont partagé leurs opinions. Malheureusement étant très pris dans les successions d’interviews et le reportage, je n’ai pas pu animer activement ces forums mais comme dirait mon collègue Michael Pereira de Voiceteam qui a rapporté les mots de l’acteur Hugh Jackman (durant la première journée du ClimateChangeWeek) : Ils ont besoin de voix – des voix vives – dans les Forums Mondiaux . My network is very limited to my Facebook friends, the Foko community all over Madagascar and the Twitterers who kindly spread my most interesting posts. Despite that I managed to raise awareness to this event by liveblogging intensively and updating my Twitter feed as often as possible. Sadly I didn’t have time to answer to the many questions that were raised during this little internet campaing to promote Action to Climate Change because the many interviews I had to report on the ground but I hope many discussions will emerge from this event. So I am putting here a sentence from my fellow blogger Michael Pereira post from Voiceteam quoting the actor Hugh Jackman : We need voices – real voices – during World forums. Ceci est mon premier rapport du sommet sur le Réchauffement Climatique qui a lieu en ce moment à new York City et je blogue en direct du centre media de l’ONU avec l’équipe Voiceteam du projet ClimateVoice. J’ai choisi de répandre la nouvelle par Twitter et surtout sur Scribblelive qui me permet de partager l’évènement et mes opinions avec ma communauté (suivez le fil ici RSS Feed). Je suis juste en train de m’adapter à l’intensité de l’évènement.

Ben Ki Moon le secrétaire général de l’ONU ouvre la session en disant à quel point il souhait la réussite du future accord de Copenhague du 7 Décembre et incite les pays présents à s’engager plus pour les générations futures. Il a ensuite été suivi par le Président Obama des États-Unis qui a exposé leur progrès en terme d’énergie propre en seulement 8 mois. Oxfam a commenté ce discours par le message suivant :

Le président Obama a reconnu qu’il y a beaucoup de fronts à aborder pour résoudre le réchauffement climatique dans l’immédiat. Mais ceux qui souffrent de la famine, de la sécheresse et des inondations ainsi que les générations future ne seront pas rassurées par une simple reconnaissance du problème ils ont besoin que l’on se mette à l’action.

Le premier ministre chinois a affirmé que son pays a fait des progrès sur le plan économique en faveur du climat et d’ici 2020 va réduire ses émissions de gaz à effet de serre de 40%. Il aussi inclut la necessité pour son pays de préserver ses résèrves forestières. Le premier ministre japonais a suivi et a incité les pays développés à augmenter leurs actions et à cet instant je me suis rendu compte qu’il y a beaucoup de beaux discours et très peu d’engagements concrets sur les actions à prendre pour la réduction du Réchauffement Climatique.

Le président Rwandais Paul Kagame a joint sa voix aux appels à aider les pays africains et encourage la réussite des accords de Copenhague. Le président français Sarkozy a uni sa voix en invitant les pays à aider un peu plus l’Afrique mais aussi en suggérant pour les pays émergeants de réduire leurs émissions à 80% car dans son pays il a promis 50%. Cette déclaration lui a valu les applaudissements de l’assemblée.

J’ai terminé la matinée avec un interview de Tom Wirth président de la Fondation de l’ONU (que j’éditerai dès que possible) ainsi que la partie avec l’acteur Dkimon Hansou.

This is my first report on UN General Assembly on Climate Change taking place in New York City on Tuesday, September 22. 2009 and I am liveblogging from the media Center with the amazing team of Climatevoice, Voiceteam. I chose to use twitter and Scribblelive interfaces to intereact with my communities which are participating from Madagascar mostly(RSS Feed here) and I am juste getting used to the intensity of the event!

Ben Ki Moon, UN Secretary General, opened the sessions by saying he has great hopes on the future of Copenhagen deal (which take place on December 7) and invite all the country to take action for the future generation. I felt that he was really worried about the consequencies if developed countries don’t step in. He was followed by President Obama of USA who urge countries to get more involved by exposing the fast progress of his country in 8 months on clean energy.Oxfam just reacted to this decision by publishing :

President Obama recognized that many are on the front lines of climate change right now. But those suffering from famine, drought and flooding now and in future generations will not be comforted by just the recognition of the problem, they need action.

Chinese Prime Minister said the same but added that his country is making real progress in climate economy and by 2020 will reduce its gaz emission by 40% and exposes his country’s necessity to protect their forestry. Japanese prime minister wanted every country to push their action further which for me at this point is a lot of pretty discourse but not much practical solutions to the problem of Climate Change.

Rwandan president Paul Kagama joined his voice and showed how much expectations African countries have towards the decisions that are going to be made in Copenhagen. His position was conforted by president Sarkozy from France who had a speech on how to help more Africa and also how his country was going to reduce its gaz emission by 50%. He received a standing ovation by the assembly. I had doubts on his number for the emerging countries (like China or India) to make them reduce at 80%.

The morning I ended by recording  Tim Wirth interview with Voiceteam bloggers, I will do my best to edit it properly when I get the time and also try to report on Djimon Hansou’s interview.

En marge de l’Assemblée Générale de l’ONU du Mardi 22 Septembre 2009 se tiendra le sommet sur le Réchauffement Climatique qui réunira autour des grands leaders mondiaux un panel de scientifiques et de spécialistes dans la matière. Face à l’urgence de la situation, le projet ClimateVoice a pour but de toucher l’opinion publique sur ce sujet vital. En exposant les conférences et les évènements qui tiendront lieu autour de ce sommet par le biais des média sociaux, Tcktcktck souhaite élever les voix et pousser les pays à la signature d’une meilleure entente sur le Réchauffement Climatique le 7 Décembre à Copenhague au Danemark. Une équipe de bloggers (Voiceteam) tous activistes dans le domaine de l’environnemental  et venant des quatre coins de la planète est mobilisée sur le terrain afin de rapporter des images, des vidéos, des interviews mais surtout les bruits de couloir de ce sommet-clé pour l’avenir de la planète.

L’inclusion d’un Fokoster dans cette équipe est un honneur pour notre communauté et nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement les éditeurs du site activiste itsgettinghotinhere.com qui depuis les premiers jours de Foko ont relayé les voix de Madagascar. Merci aussi à l’extraordinaire équipe d’Oxfam pour le soutien et de m’avoir offert l’opportunité de traverser les océans pour être reçu dans cette prestigieuse équipe. Tout au long de mon séjour, Stéphane Ramananarivo (Pakysse), au sommet sur le Réchauffement Climatique, je tenterai de partager la lutte des Malgaches pour préserver leur précieux environnement mais surtout de mettre en lumière les grands enjeux qui nous touchent au quotidien. Il ne s’agira pas de rapporter le discours de la pauvreté et d’éveiller chez l’interlocuteur un sentiment de compassion mais plutôt d’initier une réelle conversation et peut-être, à notre échelle, de changer réellement les choses en changeant la perception de Madagascar.

This Tuesday, September 22 th,2009, leaders at UN General Assembly will discuss the Climate Change with scientists and specialists in the field. The emergency of the situation initiated the ClimateVoice project in order to reach the public opinion. By exposing conferences and events which will take place during this Climate Week with the use of social media, Tcktcktck wishes to rise voices and make leaders to sign a better deal on Climate Change for Copenhagen summit on December 7h,2009. Voiceteam is not only a group of bloggers but they are also environmental activists coming from all over the world and they will be covering from the ground with videos, pictures, blog posts on what will be said behind open and closed doors for the future of our planet.

The inclusion of a Fokoster is a great honor for our community and we want to thank editors at itsgettinghotinhere.com for their strong support to Foko since day 1. I also want to thank the amazing team at Oxfam who helped me plan this trip and also is working very hard to make this opportunity of a lifetime an unforgettable journey. During my trip, Stéphane Ramananarivo (Pakysse) at Climate Change summit, I will do my best to share Malagasy people fight to preserve their precious environment but also to bring light to challenges we have to fight everyday. I won’t take a miserabilist approach nor I won’t ask for compassion from people but I would like to initiate a real conversation , and maybe, at my level, change things by changin people’s perception of Madagascar.

She had project to plant 10 000 trees in Madagascar

La première remarque concernant l’environnement malgache est une dégradation flagrante de toutes les ressources naturelles ceux a cause du manque d’éducation mais surtout sur le fait que dans quelques années si l’état malgache continue à faire le mort   et sans aucune politique environnementale, les conséquences graves qui en résulteront: accentuation et perte de beaucoup de vie humaine, animal mais surtout végétal, le plus extraordinaire sera le regret comme quoi “on aurait du” ce qui a mon humble avis sera trop tard.

Pour ne pas épiloguer trop longtemps sur le sujet, Disons que nous citoyens sommes concernes de très près par ce désastre naturel car si cela continue, Madagascar sera inscrit dans le livre d Guinness des records comme pays le plus immature sur le plan environnemental, comme dit un dicton malgache “aleo misoroka toy izay mitsabo” ou littéralement “mieux vaut prevenir que guerir”

Dans un souci de protection de l’ensemble de ces éléments naturels et artificiels qui nous entourent je pense qu’il est temps de se réveiller et de se  dire STOP, SAUVONS MADAGASCAR ET SES RICHESSES NATURELLES  et UNISSONS nous contre cette ignorance et cette ingratitude que nous montrons envers dame nature et sa valeur.

One of the real good point of blogging is the freedom of speech. When i start blogging in 2007, friend of mine persuade me to use http://wordpress.com anyway, blogging is one of the best way to talk about everything what we need and to show the importance of social media so producing a healthy impact for democracy.

Today, i’m going to critic politicians because they don’t realize that malagasy are poor, international relation is sick and all of our time we must fight against insecure so my message is:  stop to infancy people, try to educate politically citizen and no need to apologize guys because it’s your fault if Madagascar is under the extreme poverty so find solution about this sadness situation please.Does she loose her hope?Where are you politicians?
